Invoices and expenses
The invoice, in one photo.
Take a photo of the invoice or delivery note and Ekun reads the supplier, items, prices and VAT. If a price has changed, it tells you.
- Invoices that arrive by email are filed automatically, sorted by month.
- At month end, a ZIP with all of them and a summary for your accountant.
- Expense receipts (electricity, repairs, accountant) are logged with a photo.
Till and reports
Cash up and know whether it balances.
At closing you enter the Z report, the card terminal total and the counted cash. Ekun works out the difference and the float for tomorrow.
- Sales by day, week or month, with the weather on each day.
- Expenses and income, to see the month's result.
- Sales forecast for the coming days based on the weekday, public holidays and the weather.

How do I get access?
Right now Ekun works by invitation. Write to [email protected] with your venue's name and we'll give you access.
Does my team need to install anything?
They can install the app on Android or use it in the browser, including on iPhone. They get an invitation by email and log in with it.
Is the working-time record valid for an inspection?
Yes. Every clock-in is stored with its time and can't be deleted; if someone asks for a correction, it's recorded. The record downloads as a PDF.
Can I run several venues?
Yes. Each venue has its own team, till and orders, and you see them separately or all together.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union. From Settings you can download a copy of everything whenever you like.
How does it read invoices?
With artificial intelligence: it reads the photo or PDF and pulls out the supplier, items, prices and VAT. You check it before saving.
We're testing it in real venues.
